As of today, Abigail is now 14 years old!

She’s my younger sister…and BFF : ) That’s not to say that we don’t go through the usual scuffles, etc… just that there are few of them !!! *Well, now that we are “mature” teenagers* lol

I really enjoy having her around, even though; we are pretty opposite!

Arizona Adventure {pt 1}

I stood in the parking lot pinching myself; it hardly seemed possible that our vacation was already over!!! I mean, hadn’t we arrived like yesterday?! Actually it had been about a month ago that we had arrived in this wonderfully warm place! It’s so crazy how time flies when you are having such a awesome time….well least-a-ways realty had plenty of time to sink in, on the 60hour drive back home! lol

I am going to compose my posts of journal entries, pictures and little added footnotes. I won’t account for every day, but none the less… It will be a lengthy experience…so sit back and enjoy!

--Let us start with the beginning --

Dec 22: Today we saw oil wells and thousands of windmills; Sweet Water TX. Also passed through USA and Mexico. Had a tough time with  Mexico, because of some semi-trucks that had jackknifed on the black ice. That really held up traffic! We have been traveling for about two days and passed through the many states between PA and AZ.

Dec 25:Had the family Christmas dinner :) It is so nice to be with everyone.

Dec 28:

Today we went and visited Great Aunt Lily. She played in some of Bro. Branham’s meetings. We got to hear her play.. and us kids played her some music as well!! It really sweet to see her once again. The Wallace’s will be arriving this evening! Can’t wait, seems like forever since we’ve seen them …

Dec 29:  Serenity had a belated Birthday Party !!! (Happy Birthday, Girl!) Everyone went to Funtastic’s and we rode the go-carts, water bumper boats, and then (at the end) played golf! What a funtastic time :)

 Dec 31:
This weekend we went up to Uncle Russell’s and Aunt Elisabeth. We helped ship books out,  ride four-wheeler and played lots of board games. We also had a ton of fun with Wallyball and Racquetball! On the other hand … all of us got sick (with the stomach bug) ... except Lincoln.

Harmony In The Desert (Jan 4,5,7,8)

Us girls went down (on Thursday) with Zachary and Serenity. The rest of the family came later (because of the bug)! Each night we listened to hours of music and then had some wonderful fellowship afterward. On Saturday some of us went to the rec-center and played a couple games of Wallyball. It was so MUCH fun :D                           -Papa came back home for a few days- Wallace's left-

Jan 9: Went with the Shamels (?) to a park; played games and then had a picnic.

Jan 10 :Went with the Alderson’s to a different park and played Volleyball, then we went out to a pizza buffet.
Jan 11-12: Lincoln was taught welding by his Uncle Arne and cousin Enoch… He made a coat rack, shoe remover and a goat hoof pick. Totally neat looking! They all work really good as well.
