My Blog Name

Every Saturday night; for as long as I can remember....us girls have always put curlers into our hair {for Church the next day}.  More often then not, I would usually end up having a curl in the middle of my forehead! My Mom would always quote this poem to me:

THERE WAS A LITTLE GIRL

1807–1882 Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

There was a little girl,

            Who had a little curl,

Right in the middle of her forehead.

            When she was good,

            She was very good, 

But when she was bad she was very bad.

So, about 3 years ago, when I frantically was looking for a blog name... I thought of this poem, and I decided to call my blog:      The Little Girl.
